ON THE EVE OF PALM SUNDAY, THE CONSECRATION OF THE VAIYA WERE HELD IN THE CATHEDRAL

On Saturday evening, April 12, on the eve of the feast of the Entry of the Lord into Jerusalem (Palm Sunday), the dean of the Cathedral Church of Saint Trinity in Paris, Priest Maxim Politov, led the all-night vigil in the concelebration of the cathedral clergy.

After the reading of the Gospel reading, the blessing of palm and willow branches (fronds) was performed.

Then, during the reading of the festive canon, those gathered in the church were anointed with consecrated oil.
